Aplicaciones Tecnológicas S.A. reserves the right not to admit and/or to revoke the admission of any student attending the course, for failure to comply with the commitments made or for non-payment, when it is considered that the attendance of such student may in any way harm the interests of the company. In particular, it will be considered that the interests of the company may be damaged when, due to the subject matter taught, the student can access certain information of Aplicaciones Tecnológicas S.A. that the company does not want the student to have, due to his or her relationship with third parties. In these cases, the company will return to the student the amounts that would have been paid, deducting the proportional part of the courses that the student would have enjoyed.
